Hairmax offers

Shipping Policy
We offer 3 shipping options on all Hairmax® laser devices. Domestic Standard Ground services are FREE. Expedite 2nd Day Business is $12.00 and Overnight is $29.00. All expedite orders must be placed before 2 pm EST and are shipped via UPS with signature required. Once the package is released, domestic standard ground services take approximately 3-4 business days in transit. International shipment can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, through Shop Pay. Return Policy
If you purchased your Hairmax® laser device directly from Hairmax International, we offer a 6-month return policy for laser devices through our money back guarantee less a 20% return shipping and handling fee off of the total purchase price. Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
