Shipping Policy
Therabody ships to many countries around the world, making it easy to shop for yourself or send a gift abroad, through our regional websites. Our team makes every effort to process and ship orders right away. New product releases or holidays may impact processing times. Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Enjoy free ground delivery on orders over $99.

Tax Policy
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states and jurisdictions, in accordance with local laws and regulations. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the applicable tax rates in that area.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
Should you need to return an item purchased from Therabody for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Therabody will pay for standard return shipping. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Therabody is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.
