Shipping Policy
XTERRA Fitness ships products to the 48 contiguous US states only. Our goal is to ship all orders within 3 business days, however with the current increase in demand, we are experiencing delays up to 7 business days. Basic delivery is included in the cost of your machine. A majority of our products are shipped FedEx Ground and do not require you to be home for delivery. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.

Return Policy
At XTERRA Fitness, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you want to return your order, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because of the size and weight of XTERRA Fitness Equipment, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. XTERRA Fitness will help you process the return and get it shipped back to us, but you must follow the steps below. There are some instances where XTERRA may pay for the return shipment, those details are also outlined below.
