Shipping Policy
Standard shipping, packing and handling methods and rates available only for delivery within the Continental U.S. and Canada. For delivery to PO Boxes, we can only deliver via USPS (U.S. Postal Service). Standard shipping for in-stock merchandise within the Continental U.S. and Canada varies by time zone. For Eastern and Central allow 3-5 business days, for Mountain and Pacific allow 5-7 business days. Standard shipping delivery is Monday - Friday.

Return Policy
At Cuddledown, your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days of ship date, and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Handling fees). Monogrammed, personalized or special-order items are non-returnable. If your purchase was defective, we will replace it for up to one full year from purchase date.
