To return a purchased book from a refund, sign in to your BiggerBooks.com account and select the "Return an item for a refund" link. All eligible items will be displayed. Click the "Print Label & Complete Return" button to complete your return. Books that are returned for a refund must be received in our warehouse within 25 days of the original ship date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt (less return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee). Returned items must be in the condition of original shipment. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken. We will not accept items for return if you open access cards, CD-ROM's, DVD's, CD's or diskette packages. Any returned item that does not meet our return policy may not be accepted and will be recycled.
