Shipping Policy
Enjoy FREE ground shipping for orders over $60 when shipping within the lower 48 states and military APO's. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam now enjoy FREE Shipping on orders over $100. Delivery window varies. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days for all shipping methods, Monday–Friday, after the payment and delivery address are verified.

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
Tea cannot be returned as it is a food product. For unopened / unused Steepware, we offer store credit, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately!.
