Fissler (US) offers

Shipping Policy
Fissler offers free shipping and handling for orders over $119.95 within the continental US. Orders under $119.95 are subject to a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $11.50 within the continental US. FedEx can deliver to a PO Box in partnership with the US Postal Service. Please allow for additional transit time for PO Box shipments. Fissler offers shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska. For orders outside of the continental US below $49.99, the shipping fee will be $25. For orders above $49.99, the shipping fee will be $39. These rates will also apply to shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Fissler ships all orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, Afterpay and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fissler.com you may return any full priced, new, and unused product in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Fissler will provide a standard shipping label for a return fee of $9.95 within the continental US. Charges related to expedited shipping or shipping outside the continental US will also not be covered. Any gift-with-purchase items must be returned if you are returning the original qualifying product.
