Shipping Policy
All orders over $75 receive free shipping. Orders are shipped using UPS SurePost or UPS Ground, unless expedited shipping is chosen. Any orders that receive free or discounted Flat Rate shipping will automatically ship UPS SurePost or UPS Ground (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Regular shipping rates are calculated directly from UPS and are based on package size/weight and distance. We ship all items from our facility in Rising Sun, IN. Expedited options include UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air and additional charges will apply. These rates are also calculated directly from UPS based on package size/weight and distance.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. No opened or used product will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your credit card. PayPal transactions are time-sensitive; any PayPal orders over 90 days may not be available to be reprocessed.
