Shipping Policy
Our Free Flat Rate shipping offer is available to all full-priced orders over $199 shipped to the contiguous United States (excludes AK and HI). Flat Rate Shipping prices are variable and differ based on Subtotal. Orders under $30 have a Flat Rate Shipping price of $9.95. Orders over $30 have a Flat Rate Shipping price of $11.95. Phelps Small Item shipping at $5.99 is available for orders that only contain Phelps Game Call’s diaphragms, external reed calls, call pouches and call accessories. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Items purchased at themeateater.com, firstlite.com, fhfgear.com, and phelpsgamecalls.com may be returned up to 30 days from the order date. We will provide a free FedEx return label on all full-price items purchased in the lower 48 states. Free returns are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Shipping is non-refundable.
