Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through FedEx. We apologize as we do not ship through US Mail, UPS, DHL, or any other shipping companies not mentioned. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available. Complimentary Domestic Ground shipping on orders of $200 or more. All orders outside of the U.S. are excluded.

Tax Policy

Return Policy
Donald Ross Sportswear accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased directly through their website within 45 days of the order date. Items must be in new condition with original tags—worn, washed, stained, or altered items are not eligible for return. Embroidered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. There is a $6 refund fee for all customers except Gold tier reward members who can return free of charge. Items purchased from pro shops or country clubs must be returned through the original retailer.
