Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We make your reborn doll after you ordered to make sure every detail. The painting time takes normally 1-3 business days. Then we will ship it. Once it has shipped, we will send you an email. Sorry for the long wait, but your doll will worth the waiting. The shipping time is usually about 2-3 Weeks. The delivery company is usually FedEx, Yun Express, or DHL, you could track the number when your baby doll has arrived in your country.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept payment by Paypal, most of the credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover.

Return Policy
If you are not happy about your purchase, 15 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error)，you need to provide the return order number in order to track the returned dolls.
