Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the contiguous US. Sorry, but at this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any APO/FPO address. We ship orders nationwide Monday - Friday. We offer 1 - 3 business day shipping via USPS. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, and we make every effort to ship orders same day. If shipping to cold weather areas (temperature below 40°F) we strongly suggest adding a heat pack to your purchase, to ensure that the plants don’t freeze in transit. Shipping is at your own risk.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We value our customers and want you to be happy with your Garden. Please inspect your Garden when delivered. If for any reason your Garden arrived damaged or in substandard condition, email us a photo of the Garden to hello@lulasgarden.com along with the name on the order within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace your order or issue a store credit.
