Shipping Policy
Orders ship out of the fulfillment center within 8-10 working days. Please note that orders placed during a convention, sale, or promotion may take longer to process. Funko.com and Loungefly.com items are shipped out of Phoenix, AZ at a flat rate per order. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes. Your order may be shipped via UPS, DHL, or Amazon Shipping, depending on the best option available at the time the order is fulfilled. Purchases on Funko.com with a subtotal over $65 and a shipping address within the contiguous 48 states will qualify for free shipping. When a purchase qualifies for free shipping, it will be reflected in checkout. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO addresses, other US territories, Canada, and Mexico will be excluded from the free shipping offer.
