Shipping Policy
We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 3 business days, but orders may be delayed for any number of issues. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Standard shipping is typically via UPS ground but may vary. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times are estimates only and are subject to change as the result of factors outside of our control.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Patiofyre via phone, our website, or at a sponsored event. Product(s) can be returned up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. All items must be unused or undamaged, returned in the original packaging and be accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment date. No refunds will be offered after that time. We do not cover shipping on returns.
