Shipping Policy
You chose the shipping method at the time you purchased your order (Next Business Day, 3-5 Business Days, etc). Dell partners with industry leading carriers for each shipping option, and we will use the most appropriate carrier to deliver your order. Tracking Numbers and Carrier Links will be provided on your Online Order Status when your order ships. Please note, the shipping method you chose at the time of purchase is applied AFTER your order has completed production/packaging. The Estimated Delivery Date communicated to you at the time of purchase provides you an estimate of when the product will reach you. Your Online Order Status provides you with the most current status of your order.
Tax Policy
Dell is required by law to collect sales taxes that apply to your order. Sales taxes vary, depending on where your order is being shipped and on the products that you bought.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Period for Certain Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Dell, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below). Any product returned to Dell without prior authorization from Dell will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and Dell will not ship the product back to you.
