Gratsi Wine offers

Shipping Policy
Orders can take 24–72 hrs. to be processed after your order is placed. Once shipped, Gratsi orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days. To protect the quality of your wine during transit, orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Friday will begin processing the following week and ship within 24–72 business hours. We'll always make three delivery attempts before your order is returned to us.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
While we proudly stand behind the quality of our wine, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covers the product itself within 60 days of delivery. This does not extend to free promotional items. Dissatisfaction with free gifts does not qualify for refunds or replacements.
