Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship orders quickly. Most orders leave our Vermont facility within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons (like the holidays), processing times may extend to 5 business days — but we’ll always keep you updated. Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): For orders under $75 being shipped within the contiguous US, we offer a flat rate of $7.95. For all other orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free Shipping on orders within the contiguous U.S. over $75 (after discounts, before tax). Shipping carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and order size.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and PayPal.

Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at info@runamokmaple.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right with a replacement or refund.
