Shipping Policy
US (48 Continental United States Only) – All orders are fully assembled and then distributed from our warehouse to customers via white glove, blanket-wrapped service. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, weekends and holidays are excluded. As we like to make sure you are in control of where your delivery is, you can call anytime for updates from our qualified staff 10am to 6pm PST at 800.343.7707 or email us at cs@teakwarehouse.com. Shipping lead times vary based on order size, requirements, delivery location, carrier, and/or any other special requests.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
Orders already delivered can be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchanged for a different product, up to 10 days after date of delivery. Customer will be responsible for any return/shipping costs/fees associated with returning product(s) back for a refund/exchange. These costs/fees must be paid in full before a return/exchange is arranged. All sales are final 10 days after date of delivery.
