Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the USA, and all provinces in Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the Canadian Territories. Product availability may vary by country, so please ensure you are using our site in the correct locale (the menu located in the top left of your screen) to avoid any confusion. All orders containing a cover or whose total is more than $200 prior to shipping and taxes, are eligible for Free Standard Shipping. Delivery areas that sit outside of standard delivery zones are subject to a delivery charge and are not eligible for the Free Shipping promotion.

Return Policy
All custom hot tub, swim spa, and cold tub covers are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to the nature of these made-to-order custom items returns are not accepted. All non-custom, non-made-to-order products are eligible for a full refund.
