Shipping Policy
Most common sizes and model mattresses may be delivered within 10 to 14 business days. Orders that include a power base or are a custom size, may arrive between 14 to 21 business days. Fast Free Shipping applies to all orders. If your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed for shipping on the following Monday. During peak season and over holidays, please expect a short delay with your shipment due to seasonal influx.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We also have financing options available with approved credit. We also accept financing through Affirm.

Return Policy
If you have purchased a mattress that is eligible for a return you have the option to return the mattress for a full or partial refund, depending on if the mattress qualifies for the risk-free trial. You can begin the returns process after forty five (45) nights from receipt of delivery. You will have an additional 75 days (for a total of 120 days from your purchase date) to schedule a return.
