Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs: Calculated by weight and location. Free Domestic Shipping: On orders over $199 (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). Standard Flat Rate/Economy: $9.99. UPS 2-Day Air: Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Lakeland, FL. Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out. Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
At R.Riveter, we are happy to return or exchange any R.Riveter Handbag or Accessories within 30 days of receiving your item. The customer must show proof of purchase (the order number and the zip code). Items must be returned in the original condition to qualify for a refund. We will apply the refund to the original form of payment. Please contact sales@rriveter.com to start your return.
