Shipping Policy
We primarily ship orders via UPS to provide next business day delivery. However, orders shipping to Hawaii are sent via USPS, which will result in longer transit times. We currently ship within the United States. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii are delivered via USPS and will take additional time to arrive.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay).

Return Policy
Because contact lenses are a medical device, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unmarked boxes. If you need to return or exchange your lenses for any reason, please contact our stellar customer service team for instructions at support@nextdaycontacts.com. Please note that if you are exchanging the lenses for a different brand or model, there may be a price difference between the lenses.
