Return Policy
Adjusting to any dental prosthetic takes time and patience, and we’re happy to support you through that process. If, after adjustments or a remake, we’re unable to provide a device that you’re satisfied with, you may return your device within 100 days of placing your order for a refund. Please note that if any products have already shipped, including impression kits or custom devices, a $49 non-refundable fee will be deducted to cover handling and processing costs. Any remaining refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
