Shipping Policy
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Shipping.” The $50–$500 (order total before taxes and shipping). $50 minimum must be met, even after a loyalty points discount code is applied. Valid only for standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States (48 states), excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Processing Window starts 5-7 days after order received, or sooner if you choose expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, to be calculated at checkout. Ground shipments may be sent via UPS and/or USPS.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Lifefactory products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Lifefactory order, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase date for a full product-refund, shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. If you wish to return your order, please contact us with your order number. We cannot accept returns for any orders that are past 30 days of purchase.
