Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3 business days of your purchase (our shipping team, the Broadway cast of Cats, who work with us during their off-season are pretty quick for felines without thumbs!) Orders placed after 12:00PM PST are processed the next business day. All order are shipped from our Kansas warehouse so pups across the country so tails everywhere can start wagging sooner! Order shipped with Free Shipping typically arrive within 7 business days after your order is shipped. AK, HI, PR and APO/AFO may take up to 30 days.) Free Shipping on orders OVER $49.99.
