Shipping Policy
Your order will ship within 2 business days. If the product is backordered, there will be a notice posted on our product page, cart page, and confirmation page with the estimated shipping timeline. FedEx and UPS are our preferred shipping partners. We will send you a tracking number when your order hits the road. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 business days of your shipment leaving our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to begin to show movement. It often takes this long for the shipment to get scanned in, but rest assured that once you receive tracking, your shipment is en route.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund within 90 days of your purchase date. You just need to pay for return shipping. We will send you a label, and we will refund the card on file when we receive the returned system. Systems that have been damaged due to improper use or installation will not be covered by the satisfaction guarantee. It's very difficult to cancel orders once placed. There is a 3% fee charged for canceling an order before shipping.
