Cancelling between 30 and 8 days prior results in a 50% rental refund (with the remaining 50%, minus fees and taxes, paid out to the host), while cancelling 7 days or less before the start date yields no rental refund, giving the host a 100% payout (less fees and taxes); in all cases, protection plans, add-ons, preparation fees, and delivery fees are fully refunded, and RVezy’s service fee and tax remain non-refundable.
