Shipping Policy
We ship all scooters next business day from one of our two central warehouses (Utah / Tennessee) with Fedex or UPS Ground, signature required. Scooters ship next business day and take 2-5 business to be delivered. Accessories and Parts may take 1-2 days longer to ship depending on our volume at our service center in Miami. Orders over $50 ship 100% free by USPS or FEDEX/UPS ground service. Orders under $50 incur a flat $15 shipping fee added at checkout.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, Affirm, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
Yes, within 15 days from purchase you can return your scooter no questions asked. The scooter must be unused in its original packaging. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
