Shipping Policy
If you are a member shipping within continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, standard shipping is always free to you. A $10 standard shipping fee applies to non-member orders within the U.S. Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 12 p.m. EST to be shipped the same business day. If the express shipping option doesn’t appear at checkout, it means the items are not eligible for express shipping.

Payment Policy
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa as well as online store credit.

Return Policy
Not in love? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days from your order shipping date. You can receive a full refund to the original form of payment within 28 days from the shipping date. After 28 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For members, the first return and exchanges are free on all U.S. orders. Non-members and additional returns for the same order will incur an $8 handling fee.
