Tax Policy
Taxes may or may not be included in your rate depending upon local laws and the hotel's policies. Return Policy
Cancelling your reservation for any IHG hotel is simple. Go to www.ihg.com and select the Manage Your Stay page to look up your reservation. Enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation to display your reservation details. Next, click "Cancel This Reservation" button located at the bottom of your reservation and follow the on-screen instructions. You can cancel your reservation by speaking with a Reservation Specialist directly.
