Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks shipping time by the carrier. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses that exceed 27" in package size cannot be delivered by the carrier and will be canceled. Expedited or Priority shipping options may not be available for large items. Please note that shipping to PO Boxes is not available.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, Afterpay and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
Lipault-USA guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 90 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
