Shipping Policy
If your order is placed by 1PM EST, Monday through Friday, we strive to ship on the same business day. Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx and UPS Service Guide, shipment delays caused by natural disasters such as wildfires are not eligible for any expedited delivery guarantee, nor are the shipping fees eligible for a refund or credit.

Customized products, special orders, and replacement filters are not eligible for return.
