Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipping within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Given our extensive inventory of tents, we can usually ship standard sizes and standard colors immediately. Availability or lead time is listed for each product on our webshop. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on order details, shipping destination, and time of year. For custom orders, you should expect a production time of approximately 2 to 4 weeks. On all in-stock tent orders above $750 USD across continental USA.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and PayPal.

Return Policy
If you change your mind, contact us within 60 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange and obtain a return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for outbound and return shipping, plus a $30 restocking fee on tents and stoves (not applicable on any purchases made through Klarna). If you cancel an order after it has already shipped, it will be treated as a return for personal reasons.
