Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 12:00PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST are shipped the following day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST on Friday are shipped the following Monday. We ship via UPS for domestic orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Tanya Taylor is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Tanya Taylor is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Tanya Taylor is not responsible for shipments that are lost after leaving the Tanya Taylor warehouse.

Return Policy
Tanya Taylor will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise within 14 days after your order has arrived. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.
