LifeStride offers
Shipping Policy
We offer standard, 2nd day air and next day air shipping. 2nd Day Air is required for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be charged normal 2nd Day Air shipping rates in addition to a fee of $5.50 per item ordered. Standard shipping is between 5 to 7 business days.
Tax Policy
We charge tax on purchases shipped to California, Missouri, Illinois, New York (some exclusions apply), Tennessee, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Nevada and Georgia. By law, we must charge tax on shipments to the states in which we operate our business.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Return Policy
We feel confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the need arises, you may return your unworn shoes within 60 days for a refund. Worn shoes are not returnable. We do not refund shipping charges.
