Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. As delivery method, timing and fees vary item to item, please refer to our individual product pages for delivery specifics. We offer standard, express and overnight delivery. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail only. We ship to all U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and many international countries. Please note that shipment to international locations, U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S., P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and express ship methods are unavailable for oversized items.
Tax Policy
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Anthropologie maintains a physical presence. A physical presence can be a store, warehouse or contact center.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, PayPal and US-issued Anthropologie gift cards.
Return Policy
All Anthropologie merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
