The Children's Place offers

Shipping Policy
Orders placed using Standard Service will be delivered within 10 business days from the date you place your order, pending credit authorization and address verification. (Standard Service is not available for orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Military addresses, AK, HI, PR and some rural areas.) Orders placed using USPS will be delivered within 15 business days from the date you place your order, pending credit authorization and address verification. Express Service orders placed before 11 AM ET Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays). Express Service orders placed on Friday after 11 AM ET will ship on Monday. Rush Service orders placed before 11 AM ET Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same day.

Tax Policy
The Children's Place is required by law to add the appropriate sales tax on any order shipped to a state where we operate a retail store. Sales tax will be automatically calculated during the checkout process according to applicable local and state laws. Please note: Some states require us to tax shipping charges as well as merchandise. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item; however, you will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Venmo, The Children's Place gift card, The Children's Place merchandise credit, My Place Rewards credit card and PayPal.

Return Policy
We will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt/packing slip and price tags attached within 45 days. Returns will not be accepted without the original sales/gift receipt or packing slip, or if otherwise noted on the tag, online or packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of original sale and we reserve the right to limit returns.
