Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping methods: Standard (3-6 Business Days), 2 Day (2 Business Days) and Next Day (1 Business Day). For standard and expedited packages UPS is used. For APO/FPO addresses, US Territories USPS will be used. PO boxes go USPS to AK / HI, and US Territories within 3-8 business days after item leaves the warehouse.
Tax Policy
US Tax Policies Tax is based on the state in which the order is shipped to and all taxes will be added to the order total at checkout. If shipping to any of the following states, sales tax will be applied: - California - Colorado - Georgia - Kentucky - Massachusetts - New York - New Jersey - Pennsylvania - Wisconsin - Virginia.

Return Policy
Every product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned for a full refund of the item price less shipping costs within 30 days of delivery date. Items or promotions marked ‘Final Sale’, Hosiery, Bras, Panties, and Gift boxes, are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund. All returns must be in saleable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. Please package Footwear in a standard brown box with actual Footwear box inside to avoid additional repackaging fees. Dkny.com purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.
