Shipping Policy
Orders shipping from Kole Imports can be shipped using a number of different methods including UPS and FedEx small parcel shipments, LTL pallet shipments and full container cargo shipments. We have ten shipping and receiving docks for a smooth flow in and out of the warehouse and we also offer will call pickups so customers can order directly on our website and pick up orders themselves at our clearly marked will call parking spots located at our warehouse at 24600 Main Street, Carson CA 90745.

Tax Policy
The taxes we charge on merchandise are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, the refund includes the taxes you paid for that item. There is no refund for taxes paid on shipping and handling; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as soon as an item has shipped.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments and ACH wire transfer payments as well.

Return Policy
Kole Imports will accept a return no later than the 14 days from the date of shipment. We will need to assign a return authorization number before we can accept any return back to Kole Imports and all products must be back in its original packaging. Please contact customer support to get an assigned return authorization number for the return. Please note returned orders are subject to a 20% restock fee.
