Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply. Vacation rental owners have 24 hours to accept or decline an online booking request. Booking requests that are declined are not eligible for rewards and will be reversed. New owner listings must be a vacation rental listing that are new to HomeAway, not a renewal. New owner listings that are renewals, cancellations, unpaid or incomplete are not eligible for rewards. Refer-A-Friend coupon codes, which are coupon codes that start with 'RAF' are not eligible for rewards. Property Managers with more than 10 properties are excluded from receiving commissions for new owner listings.
Tax Policy
HomeAway is required to collect VAT on its fees in countries that tax Electronically Supplied Services; currently in Australia, Norway, Switzerland, and the European Union.For Traveller, VAT is charged at the time of invoicing and is based on the total service fee for a booking, according to the billing information you have provided to HomeAway at the time of the booking. If you change your booking, VAT adjusts to reflect any change in the service fee.

Return Policy
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to post to your bank account. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
