Shipping Policy
We offer flat-rate shipping for each order within the US and Canada, with additional fees for deliveries to other countries. Items shipped to any given address may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once per address.

Tax Policy
Tax does not apply to the purchase of Memberships, Gift Cards, or to donations. Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments to NJ and NY, including all delivery charges and gift wrap.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
We want you to love your Met Store purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 180 days for an exchange or refund in the manner in which it was paid. We can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition; shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Memberships, donations, eGift Certificates, and Gift Cards are also nonrefundable.
