Shipping Policy
Most product orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days, Monday thru Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Product orders placed after 1 PM EST are shipped the next business day. You will not be charged for any product until it has shipped. To expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12 PM (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Gift Cards are shipped via USPS First Class service only. Standard USPS First Class shipping of Gift Cards is free of charge. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Gift Card orders that clear credit authorization after 8 PM EST will process the following business day.
Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Return Policy

Whether you're using our shoes and apparel on the street, court, field, or in the studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your adidas.com order, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Some restrictions apply. Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. Hype products such as Yeezy should be returned via the online returns portal within seven days of the delivery date. The product page communicates the seven-day return window during the ordering process. Packages must be sent from physically within the United States to utilize free returns on adidas.com. Please note that the return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.
