Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders with standard shipping will ship USPS. Please allow 5-7 days for standard shipping. Physicians Formula is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 2 business days to process. All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Return Policy
For items purchased at PHYSICIANSFORMULA.COM, product may be returned for a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax (if applicable). Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
