Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 2 business days, shipping via USPS Monday through Friday. Items that are personalized such monogrammed items will ship within 7 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping prices are determined according to the chart here: https://thepaisleybox.com/shipping-information/.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Return Policy
We take great pride in our product and do everything to ensure it is shipped in perfect condition. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, The Paisley Box is happy to provide returns or exchanges for any non-monogrammed or non-personalized product within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. We cannot take returns on any items marked Final Sale.
