W CONCEPT is a fashion e-commerce for curated colletions of global independent designer brands, based on New York Metro. We keep updating the trendy and uprising brand items day by day. We carry thoughtfully curating famous brands and premising independent designers from the US and abroad. We have been working on projects such as showcasing fashion items; customize fashion photo-shoots, fashion films, fashion columns and so on.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply.
Shipping Policy
W Concept ships to all 50 states of the United States (except for two: Alaska and Hawaii), Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom. Free Shipping is available on orders of 150 USD(the amount excluding customs and taxes) or over in all 16 countries. W Concept is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, W Concept is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for delivery.
Tax Policy
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations here: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom. These are included at the final stage of checkout. For US customers, sales tax will be applied accordingly to your state of residence. Sales tax is calculated and added to your total at the 'check out' page, based on your shipping address.
Payment Policy
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal as well as Amazon Pay.
Return Policy
To Return an item in your order, simply create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and you can print a return label on website. Once you create a RMA, you must ship your package back within 1-5 business days. You must apply for a return within 14 days of the delivery date. If your package exceeds our 14 days limit policy, we will have to return package back to you.
