Colourpop offers high quality beauty products that won’t break the bank! We were born, raised and made with love in the City of Angels. Founded in 2014 by Seed Beauty, we pride ourselves on being wallet friendly and cruelty free.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply. Member rewards not available when codes are used that starts with RAF, Ambassador codes or when order promo code is 367 and 368.
Shipping Policy
Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Shipping within the continental United States is a flat rate of $5.99 USD. Domestic orders over $30 USD are eligible for free shipping! For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $9.99 USD. International orders over $50.00 USD are eligible for free shipping!.
Tax Policy
We are excited to share that VAT is now included during checkout on all orders shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, and China. :) This means you will save on agent fees and your package will be delivered to your door. Any VAT fees that apply to your order will be listed as "taxes" during the checkout process. Your order will be shipped via USPS partner RR Donnelley so that your customs office is notified that your package is good to go upon arrival.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and AfterPay. AfterPay is currently only available for customers within the U.S.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. ColourPop reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
