Shipping Policy
For shipping rates, please add the desired product you wish to purchase into your cart and input your address information. Our rates will be automatically generated. We do not ship Signature Required but we do reserve the right to apply this feature based on shipping location or order total. If you would like your order to be sent Signature Required, please note this in the Order Comment section.

Tax Policy
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse or California. The GiGi New York warehouse is located in Melville, N.Y.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. During the checkout process you may choose your payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Return Policy
For all Non Personalized purchases: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original GiGi New York receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. If return is not in original, sellable condition a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.
