Shipping Policy
The Perfect Rug provides all shipping free of charge*. If you would like your rug expedited for an additonal fee, please contact customerservice@theperfectrug.com to discuss options and timeframes. *Please note that free shipping entails basic UPS ground or freight curbside delivery (shipping method is contingent on rug(s) size). Additional fees may apply for special equipment, remote locations, ferry usage, etc. You will be contacted if such charges are applicable.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and PayPal for your convenience.

Return Policy
Ready-made rugs are returnable and may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt of the rug. A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested from customerservice@theperfectrug.com. The rug must be packaged in the original packing material just like you received it and returned in “like new” condition. The return freight is the responsibility of the customer returning the item.
