In order to get you the best value, we are unable to offer free shipping on our Wire Shelving as it would mean raising our prices. If you're buying an in-stock item, your order will usually ship out same day if you order it before 2-3pm Eastern, or else the next business day. Once it ships, you can expect the delivery between 2-10 business days depending on where you live. If the item is shipped by a vendor, you can look at the product page to see if a shipping time is listed.
The tax rate you are charged is based on where your order is being shipped. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in Michigan, because we are located in Michigan. The sales tax rate for the state of Michigan is 6%. Orders that are being shipped to any other destination than Michigan are not taxed, even if the billing address is located in Michigan.

Items returned within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for refunds, (less the shipping cost). Items must be in the original packaging and the product must not be damaged. Items sold as clearance are considered final sale. Lost, defective or damaged products can be replaced or returned also within 30 days, but a photo of the damage is required for processing.
