Shipping Policy
Deliveries to addresses within the USA are sent using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and for Canadian Deliveries we use Canada Post. Fast & Tracked/Express deliveries to addresses within both the USA and Canada are sent via the OCS Worldwide Courier Service. Upon occasion, these will be passed on to the USPS/Canada Post to complete the delivery.

Tax Policy
Orders to the US & Canada may incur import duties/taxes and may be affected by customs delays. We have no control over which parcels customs choose to stop and charge for and unfortunately in some instances, only the parcel recipient can pay these charges.
